Phoenix suns burnt chicago bulls
The Phoenix Suns booked their place in the playoffs with a 111-105 triumph over the Chicago Bulls.
Jason Richardson led the Suns with 27 points, while Steve Nash added 22 with an impressive performance and Amare Stoudemire pitched in with 21.
Flip Murray and Derrick Rose poured in 23 points each but it was not enough to prevent the Suns from recording their eighth consecutive victory.
Elsewhere, Kevin Durant - the league's second-highest scorer - once again led the way for Oklahoma City Thunder as his 26 points helped them cruise to a 111-93 victory over the Philadelphia 76ers.
Elton Brand top-scored for the 76ers with 22 points, while Andre Iguodala added 21.
It was a tighter affair at the Houston Rockets who edged out the struggling Washington Wizards 98-94.
Rookie Chase Budinger hit a go-ahead jump shot with 28 seconds remaining as he poured in a career-high 24-points to snap a four-game losing streak for the Rockets.
Washington's woes continue and Andray Blatche's 31 points could not prevent them crashing to their 16th defeat of the season.
Meanwhile, Danny Granger scored 33 points as the Indiana Pacers clinched their eighth home win, brushing aside the Sacramento Kings 102-95, and the Los Angeles Clippers went down 107-89 at the Milwaukee Bucks.
