Referee Ron Garretson has left the Phoenix-San Antonio game with a leg injury.
Fellow referee Joey Crawford said Garretson injured his Achilles tendon Wednesday night. Substitute referee David Jones replaced Garretson for the final quarter of Game 2 of the Western Conference semifinal series.
